R.E.D. is an innovative start-up, founded in 2014, with the aim of introducing a new way of living to the market, going beyond the traditional real estate concept of “home.”
Its value proposition is based on the “3S” index, which represents three fundamental pillars:
- Economic sustainability;

This approach aims to create living solutions that combine efficiency, environmental respect, and individual well-being.

The briefing
The client relied on Bewe to find a communication concept that encapsulated the values and the new real estate concept of "home," but more importantly a way to communicate it to its stakeholders.
The solution
Bewe helped creating the naming of a new concept of living: cool-living. Based on this concept, we subsequently created a website that can communicate RED's values, missions, services, and projects, with thoughtful and direct communication to its stakeholders: investors.
